Competitive programming happens everywhere—LeetCode on Sundays, Codeforces on weekdays, CodeChef on Wednesdays. Keeping track of all these schedules can be a nightmare.

The Codolio Event Tracker solves this by bringing every major coding contest into a single, unified dashboard. Whether you are a casual participant or a rated competitive programmer, this tool ensures you are always ready for the next challenge.

1. What is the Event Tracker?

The Event Tracker is a specialized calendar that automatically syncs contest schedules from the world’s top coding platforms.

Instead of checking five different websites to see “What’s happening today?”, you can check Codolio once and plan your entire week.

2. Navigating the Dashboard

The interface is designed for quick planning.

The Calendar View

The main section of the Event Tracker is a familiar monthly calendar.

  • Visual Cues: Contests are displayed as blocks on their respective dates.
  • At a Glance: Quickly see which days are “heavy” with contests so you can manage your time.

The List View (Side Panel)

To the side of the calendar, you will see a chronological List View.

  • This provides a quick summary of upcoming events in a simple list format.
  • It is perfect for seeing exactly what is coming up in the next 24-48 hours without scanning the whole month.

3. Filters: Customize Your Schedule

Don’t do CodeChef contests? No problem. You shouldn’t have to see them.

Use the Platform Filters at the top of the tracker to toggle specific platforms on or off.

  • Example: If you only want to focus on LeetCode and Codeforces, simply uncheck the others. The calendar will instantly update to show only the events relevant to you.

4. How to Register & Join

Codolio makes it easy to jump from “planning” to “participating.”

  1. Click on any event card in the Calendar or List view.
  2. A detailed popup will appear with the contest name, start time, and duration.
  3. Click the “Registration Link”.
  4. You will be redirected straight to the official contest page on the respective platform to complete your registration.

5. Setting Reminders (Google Calendar Integration)

We know you can’t be on Codolio 24/7. That is why we integrated with Google Calendar.

How to Set a Reminder:

  1. Click on the contest you want to participate in.
  2. Look for the “Add to Calendar” or Reminder button.
  3. Redirect: Codolio will open your Google Calendar in a new tab with the event details (Name, Time, Link) already filled in.
  4. Save: Simply click “Save” in Google Calendar.

Now, you will get a notification on your phone or desktop before the contest starts, ensuring you never miss the opening bell.
